D6 Communicator and Newsletter:

All information regarding Academics, Sporting and Cultural Activities in the school are placed on the D6 to keep the parents informed.
The front office sends out a newsletter weekly informing the parents of all the information they need to know for the week to come. We do not send this out in paper form but rather loaded onto our D6 Communicator.

Code of Conduct:

Our school sticks firmly by the rules and regulations set in our Code of Conduct. Each year we send a copy of our code of conduct home with our learners as well as it being in the front of their homework dairies. This ensures each child and parent is aware of what is permitted.
Please find below the PDF copy of the Code of Conduct.

Contact Information:

We regularly request families update their contact information as contact numbers change continuously. This is for the safety of the children.

Parents Visits:

All visits by parents to school to see educators must be by appointments through the front office or the homework diary. All visitors need to come through the front office at all times.
We do not have a sick room at our school, therefore if the children are not well we call parents to collect them –An ID or Drivers License is required when collecting their child.

School fees can either be paid by EFT or by coming into school and paying the bursar. Other small amounts of monies for purposes of fundraising and sports days can be brought in as cash.
